## Title: Administrative Manager
Job Summary
Support the HR/Admin Manager in managing administrative operations, logistics, staff welfare, and record keeping across the company and subsidiaries. Ensure efficient office coordination, compliance, and smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist HR/Admin Manager with day-to-day administrative and HR functions
- Supervise support staff and oversee office logistics, assets, and supplies
- Maintain staff records, attendance, and leave schedules
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation
- Manage vendors, contracts, and facility maintenance
- Prepare periodic administrative and logistics reports
- Coordinate internal communications and staff welfare programs
Qualifications and Experience
- B.Sc. or B.A. in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Administration or HR
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
