## Title: Administrative Manager

Job Summary

The Administrative Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's administrative and support functions.

Key Responsibilities

Project Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare, review, and manage administrative documents for project proposals, bids, and tenders
  • Support the renewal and documentation processes

Administrative & Office Management

  • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure optimal performance

Facility Management

  • Coordinate maintenance and servicing of company facilities, utilities, and assets
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and functional working environment

Vendor Management

  • Manage procurement processes for office, IT, and operational supplies
  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to achieve cost efficiency

Vehicle Maintenance

  • Oversee the management, servicing, and maintenance of company vehicles

Financial Management

  • Track expenses related to facilities, procurement, vendors, and fleet operations

Requirements

  • BSc Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' proven work experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role, preferably in a technology, IT solutions, or project-focused company
  • Strong experience in project documentation, compliance, SLA renewals, procurement, facility, fleet, and vendor management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
