## Title: Administrative Manager
Job Summary
The Administrative Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's administrative and support functions.
Key Responsibilities
Project Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare, review, and manage administrative documents for project proposals, bids, and tenders
- Support the renewal and documentation processes
Administrative & Office Management
- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure optimal performance
Facility Management
- Coordinate maintenance and servicing of company facilities, utilities, and assets
- Ensure a safe, clean, and functional working environment
Vendor Management
- Manage procurement processes for office, IT, and operational supplies
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to achieve cost efficiency
Vehicle Maintenance
- Oversee the management, servicing, and maintenance of company vehicles
Financial Management
- Track expenses related to facilities, procurement, vendors, and fleet operations
Requirements
- BSc Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' proven work experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role, preferably in a technology, IT solutions, or project-focused company
- Strong experience in project documentation, compliance, SLA renewals, procurement, facility, fleet, and vendor management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
