## Title: Administrative & Client Relations Officer
About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Administrative & Client Relations Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and maintain an orderly office environment
- Handle client enquiries, follow-ups and updates
- Keep project information up to date and ensure client data is accurate
- Support the team with scheduling, documentation and internal coordination
- Track deadlines and deliverables to ensure smooth workflow
- Prepare reports, organise files and support basic HR/operations needs when required
- Maintain a friendly, professional tone in all client interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience with CRM tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good writing skills and proficiency with basic productivity tools (Google Workspace, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
- A positive, helpful mindset and genuine interest in operational efficiency
- Prior experience in an administrative or customer-facing role is an advantage
