## Title: Administrative & Client Relations Officer

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Administrative & Client Relations Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and maintain an orderly office environment
  • Handle client enquiries, follow-ups and updates
  • Keep project information up to date and ensure client data is accurate
  • Support the team with scheduling, documentation and internal coordination
  • Track deadlines and deliverables to ensure smooth workflow
  • Prepare reports, organise files and support basic HR/operations needs when required
  • Maintain a friendly, professional tone in all client interactions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good writing skills and proficiency with basic productivity tools (Google Workspace, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
  • A positive, helpful mindset and genuine interest in operational efficiency
  • Prior experience in an administrative or customer-facing role is an advantage
