## Title: Administrative Assistant

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks while working independently. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to emails and messages promptly and coordinate meetings and schedules using digital tools
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations alongside managing calendars
  • Maintain files and records, and update databases ensuring data accuracy
  • Track project progress and deadlines while collaborating with team members on task assignments
  • Manage budgets and expenses as needed, while preparing reports and presentations
  • Adhere strongly to company policies and procedures and update the team on relevant compliance issues
  • Facilitate on-boarding for new employees and organize team-building activities and events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 3 years of proven experience as an administrative assistant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
  • Familiarity with CRM or database systems
  • Previous remote work experience
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote workflows
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
