## Title: Account Manager

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients while serving as the primary liaison between customers and our cross-functional internal teams. You will ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Keep current clients satisfied and deliver exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Liaise between customers and internal teams to facilitate successful project delivery
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Cross-sell and upsell to increase revenues
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Conduct proactive routine calls for customer surveys
  • Manage retention and win-back initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • BA/B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
  • 15 years of relevant work experience
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or in a relevant role

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to have difficult conversations professionally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
