## Title: Account Manager
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients while serving as the primary liaison between customers and our cross-functional internal teams. You will ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Keep current clients satisfied and deliver exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Liaise between customers and internal teams to facilitate successful project delivery
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Cross-sell and upsell to increase revenues
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Conduct proactive routine calls for customer surveys
- Manage retention and win-back initiatives
Required Qualifications
- BA/B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
- 15 years of relevant work experience
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or in a relevant role
Required Skills & Competencies
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to have difficult conversations professionally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
