An established company is recruiting for the following position.
  • This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional who understands financial controls, payment processes, and compliance and can execute independently.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage petty cash, vouchers, and business-related payments
  • Execute payment processes via bank platforms and ensure proper documentation
  • Handle invoicing, agent payments, and expense postings
  • Maintain accurate records on QuickBooks / Sage and support reconciliations
  • Manage PAYE and pension remittances and related filings
  • Support financial reporting and bank correspondence
Requirements
  • HND/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a core accounting role
  • Strong understanding of payment processes, reconciliations, and financial records
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks/Sage preferred)
  • High attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and professional discipline
