Warehouse Cleaner - Redex Pack, Lagos

Role Overview Redex Technology is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Cleaner to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within our warehouse and production support areas. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our facility remains organized, compliant with safety regulations, and aligned with our commitment to quality and sustainability. Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum warehouse floors and production-adjacent areas

• Maintain cleanliness of storage racks, pallets, loading docks, and workstations

• Remove waste materials, including packaging scraps and recyclables, following sustainability guidelines

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas

• Dispose of trash in accordance with company environmental policies

• Identify and report maintenance issues, spills, or safety hazards promptly

• Support compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained

Required Qualifications: & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous warehouse or industrial cleaning experience is an advantage

• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and vacuums

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
