Warehouse Cleaner

Role Overview Redex Technology is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Cleaner to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within our warehouse and production support areas. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our facility remains organized, compliant with safety regulations, and aligned with our commitment to quality and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: - Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum warehouse floors and production-adjacent areas - Maintain cleanliness of storage racks, pallets, loading docks, and workstations - Remove waste materials, including packaging scraps and recyclables, following sustainability guidelines - Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas - Dispose of trash in accordance with company environmental policies - Identify and report maintenance issues, spills, or safety hazards promptly - Support compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards - Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained Required Qualifications: & Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent preferred - Previous warehouse or industrial cleaning experience is an advantage - Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and vacuums - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Key Competencies - Reliability and punctuality - Safety-conscious mindset - Time management skills - Team collaboration - Commitment to cleanliness and quality standards Working Conditions - Warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels - Exposure to packaging materials and cleaning chemicals - May require bending, lifting, and extended periods of standing
