Waitress at Above Lifestyle

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Responsibilities Guest Service & Experience:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide outstanding table service in line with brand standards.

• Present menus, make recommendations, and upsell food and beverages professionally.

• Ensure all orders are taken accurately and delivered promptly.

• Follow service etiquette, sequence of service, and brand communication style.

Order & Table Management:

• Input orders correctly into the POS system.

• Track order progress and follow up with the kitchen/bar for timely delivery.

• Maintain table cleanliness before, during, and after each service.

• Prepare tables with linens, cutlery, glassware, and condiments.

Brand Standards & Professionalism:

• Uphold Above Lifestyle’s ELITE values in communication, appearance, and service delivery.

• Maintain personal grooming and uniform requirements at all times.

• Handle guest complaints politely and escalate when necessary.

Operations & Reporting:

• Ensure proper handling of bills, receipts, and POS terminals.

• Keep accurate records of orders, voids, and guest needs.

• Report shortages, breakages, or operational issues immediately.

Qualifications

• Minimum NCE / OND / HND in Hospitality training is an added advantage

• 1+ year experience in F&B or hospitality service

• Must be courteous, smart, and energetic

• Preferable size is size 8 -14

• Peferable height is from 5:8ft from above

• Must live close to Jakande/Osapa London

• Basic POS knowledge
