Responsibilities Guest Service & Experience: - Welcome guests warmly and provide outstanding table service in line with brand standards. - Present menus, make recommendations, and upsell food and beverages professionally. - Ensure all orders are taken accurately and delivered promptly. - Follow service etiquette, sequence of service, and brand communication style. Order & Table Management: - Input orders correctly into the POS system. - Track order progress and follow up with the kitchen/bar for timely delivery. - Maintain table cleanliness before, during, and after each service. - Prepare tables with linens, cutlery, glassware, and condiments. Brand Standards & Professionalism: - Uphold Above Lifestyle’s ELITE values in communication, appearance, and service delivery. - Maintain personal grooming and uniform requirements at all times. - Handle guest complaints politely and escalate when necessary. Operations & Reporting: - Ensure proper handling of bills, receipts, and POS terminals. - Keep accurate records of orders, voids, and guest needs. - Report shortages, breakages, or operational issues immediately. Qualifications - Minimum NCE / OND / HND in Hospitality training is an added advantage - 1+ year experience in F&B or hospitality service - Must be courteous, smart, and energetic - Preferable size is size 8 -14 - Peferable height is from 5:8ft from above - Must live close to Jakande/Osapa London Required Skills & Competencies: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong customer service orientation - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Basic POS knowledge - Good grooming, confidence, and etiquette - Teamwork and collaboration Check how your CV aligns with this job
