An established company is recruiting for the following position. Key Responsibilities:

Order Management: Relay orders to kitchen/bar, ensure correct order delivery, serve food/drinks efficiently, and refill beverages.

Table Service: Set tables (linens, silverware), clear dirty dishes, reset tables between guests, and maintain a tidy dining area.

Payment & Transactions: Present bills, process payments (cash/card), handle cash accurately, and ensure accurate receipts.

Cleanliness & Safety: Follow health codes, maintain hygiene, clean spills, and restock service stations.

Upselling: Recommend and sell additional items (drinks, desserts) to enhance the guest experience and revenue.

Coordination: Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and other staff for smooth service flow.

Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, present menus, explain specials/recommendations, take orders accurately (using POS/slips), and handle queries/complaints.

Requirements:

Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 3 - 5 years work experience.
