Role Overview
As a Volunteer Virtual Assistant, you'll work closely with our management and creative teams to handle daily administrative tasks, client communication, and content coordination — all while building valuable experience in the digital workspace.
Responsibilities
- Manage emails, schedules, and follow-ups
- Assist with social media posting and coordination
- Organize files, documents, and reports
- Conduct online research and data entry
- Support client communication and project tracking
- Attend virtual meetings and take notes when required
- Provide customer relationship management support
Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone
- Eagerness to learn and ability to work independently
