Role Overview
As a Volunteer Social Media Manager, you will help manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms. You will create engaging posts, interact with our audience, and learn best practices in digital marketing, brand storytelling, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule social media content across multiple platforms
- Engage with followers and respond to messages and comments
- Research trends and suggest creative ideas for campaigns
- Monitor page performance and prepare weekly reports
- Collaborate with the design and marketing team to ensure brand consistency
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Good communication and writing skills
- Creativity and passion for digital content
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Access to a smartphone or computer with internet connection
- Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools (preferred)
