A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview:
  • We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactiveVirtual Assistantto provide administrative and operational support to our team.
  • You will assist to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and communicates effectively and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while enabling our team to focus on strategic priorities.
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to emails, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and update digital files, records, and databases.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Conduct online research and compile relevant information.
  • Assist with social media management and content scheduling.
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and project progress using productivity tools.
  • Provide general administrative support to team members as needed.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, Asana).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
