A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview: - We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactiveVirtual Assistantto provide administrative and operational support to our team. - You will assist to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and communicates effectively and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while enabling our team to focus on strategic priorities. Job Responsibilities - Manage and respond to emails, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner. - Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Maintain and update digital files, records, and databases. - Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents. - Conduct online research and compile relevant information. - Assist with social media management and content scheduling. - Track tasks, deadlines, and project progress using productivity tools. - Provide general administrative support to team members as needed. Job Requirements - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, Asana). - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer. - Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
