About the Role

We are seeking a talented and dynamic videographer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for real estate. You will be responsible for the entire video production lifecycle—from concept to delivery—creating compelling video content that showcases our properties, builds our brand, and engages our target audience across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who understands how to make a property look its absolute best.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of video production for property listings, including pre-production planning, on-location filming, and post-production editing
• Produce a variety of high-quality video content, including property walkthroughs, cinematic teasers, neighborhood highlights, and agent profile videos
• Utilize drone footage (where legally compliant), gimbal stabilization, time-lapses, and HDR photography/videography to create dynamic and immersive visual experiences
• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging, and brand-consistent videos for use on our website, social media, online listings, and email marketing campaigns
• Create and incorporate lower-thirds, logos, transitions, maps, and simple motion graphics to enhance video storytelling and brand recognition
• Enhance videos with professional audio mixing (music, voice-overs, sound effects) and perform color correction/grading to ensure a consistent, high-end visual style
• Maintain, manage, and operate all video, audio, and lighting equipment
• Organize and archive all video footage and project files
• Work closely with the marketing team and real estate agents to develop creative concepts
