About the Role

House Unlimited and Land Services Nigeria Limited is seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our growing media and marketing team. As part of our digital expansion, you will transform raw footage into high-quality, engaging visual content for social media and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, storytelling ability, and a passion for creating impactful visual content that resonates with audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality video content for marketing and social media platforms
• Add transitions, animations, subtitles, and sound effects to enhance content
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to maintain brand identity
• Optimize content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and professional delivery
• Stay updated on current trends in video production and digital marketing

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in video editing
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (required)
• Excellent storytelling and creative editing ability
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines
• Must reside in Abuja, Nigeria and have access to a reliable internet connection

Preferred Skills

• Experience editing real estate, lifestyle, or marketing videos
• Knowledge of motion graphics and short-form video editing (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Basic understanding of social media algorithms and SEO for video content
