An established company is recruiting for the following position. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the event venue and garden centre
  • Supervise all on-site staff (admin/customer service, cleaners, garden staff, security coordination)
  • Manage maintenance contractors and external technicians
  • Ensure all spaces are clean, functional, and event-ready
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown
  • Enforce venue rules, SOPs, and security controls
  • Conduct post-event inspections and reports
  • Tech-comfortable (Zoho, Google Forms, Google Drive)
Key Requirements
  • Experience in hospitality, events, facilities, or venue operations
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Calm, firm, and detail-oriented
  • Physically active and hands-on
  • Must be willing to work weekends
