Job description

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the event venue and garden centre - Supervise all on-site staff (admin/customer service, cleaners, garden staff, security coordination) - Manage maintenance contractors and external technicians - Ensure all spaces are clean, functional, and event-ready - Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown - Enforce venue rules, SOPs, and security controls - Conduct post-event inspections and reports - Tech-comfortable (Zoho, Google Forms, Google Drive) Key Requirements - Experience in hospitality, events, facilities, or venue operations - Strong leadership and organisational skills - Calm, firm, and detail-oriented - Physically active and hands-on - Must be willing to work weekends
