About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Present products and services clearly and convincingly to drive sales
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous conversations
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Provide feedback on customer needs, trends, and opportunities
- Handle customer objections professionally and suggest suitable solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or phone-based customer engagement role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong persuasive ability and confidence in speaking with customers
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet targets
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (advantageous)
