## Title: Telesales Officer

About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in a dynamic sales environment. You will be responsible for driving revenue through outbound sales calls and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
  • Present products and services clearly and convincingly to drive sales
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous conversations
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Provide feedback on customer needs, trends, and opportunities
  • Handle customer objections professionally and suggest suitable solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years of proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or phone-based customer engagement role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong persuasive ability and confidence in speaking with customers
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet targets
  • Basic computer skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (advantageous)
