An established company is recruiting for the following position. Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads and databases
  • Promote and sell company products via phone calls and follow-ups
  • Explain property features, prices, payment plans, and benefits clearly
  • Schedule site inspections and hand over hot leads to field sales teams where necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales activities
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Handle client objections professionally and close deals effectively
  • Follow up with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Requirements:
  • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any discipline
  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center sales (real estate experience is an advantage)
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Strong listening skills and customer-focused attitude
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Results-oriented with a positive sales mindset
