Job description

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads and databases - Promote and sell company products via phone calls and follow-ups - Explain property features, prices, payment plans, and benefits clearly - Schedule site inspections and hand over hot leads to field sales teams where necessary - Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales activities - Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets - Handle client objections professionally and close deals effectively - Follow up with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals Requirements: - Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any discipline - Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center sales (real estate experience is an advantage) - Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets - Strong listening skills and customer-focused attitude - Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office - Results-oriented with a positive sales mindset
