An established company is recruiting for the following position. Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and skilled Technology Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, and digital operations.
  • This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the Technology Lead, contribute to daily IT operations, and support digital transformation initiatives that drive the company’s goal.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments.
  • Hands-on experience with the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Teams, SharePoint, Azure).
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs).
