Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to source, screen, interview, and hire qualified candidates for technical positions in software engineering and IT.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source candidates using online job boards, social media, and talent networks to find suitable candidates for technical positions
• Screen and evaluate resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' technical skills and qualifications against job requirements
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' technical knowledge and cultural fit with the company
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand specific technical requirements for open positions
• Manage the offer process, including extending job offers, negotiating terms, and facilitating completion of necessary hiring paperwork
• Build and maintain talent pipelines of qualified technical candidates for future openings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or Human Resources
• 3 years of proven working experience as a Technical Recruiter
• Knowledge of HR practices and HR software
• Familiarity with HR metrics
