An established company is recruiting for the following position. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Drawing Teacher located at the Ibadan campus of Lead British International School.

The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons in Technical Drawing, assessing students' progress, preparing lesson materials, and fostering critical thinking and creativity in students.

The role also involves maintaining a positive learning environment, mentoring students, and collaborating with colleagues to meet curriculum standards and school objectives.

Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in Technical Drawing concepts, drafting techniques, and the use of relevant software and tools such as AutoCAD or other CAD applications.

Strong teaching, communication, and classroom management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively.

Capacity for planning lessons, developing teaching materials, and assessing students’ performance while meeting curriculum objectives.

Experience with innovative teaching methods to foster critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving among students in technical subjects.

Bachelor’s degree in Technical Drawing, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields, with a teaching certification being advantageous.

Previous teaching experience, especially in a school following the English National Curriculum, is highly desirable.
