This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. Responsibilities
  • Draft, review and negotiate legal and commercial documents for business contracts and ensure that they are in compliance with legal requirements, guidelines and standards.
  • Give accurate and timely counsel to management on a variety of legal topics relevant to business operations and partnerships
  • Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations for each subsidiary
  • Review and handle all companies' documents and legal correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide strategic BD advice to management on expanding relationships with existing clients, generating new business leads, and developing new projects and initiatives
  • Assist in planning and executing business development campaigns, including events, sponsorships, and targeted communications.
  • Research and analyse market trends and insights that support decision-making and business growth.
Requirements
  • Law Degree (LLB or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal secretary and 2 years in Business Development
  • Strong knowledge of business law and practices.
  • Experience in industries such as construction, real estate, oil and gas is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Compliance and Regulatory Requirements.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and revenue.
