About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our dynamic team in a combined front-of-house and kitchen operations role.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service and Front-of-House Duties
- Greet and seat guests warmly as they enter the restaurant
- Accurately record customer food and beverage orders
- Deliver prepared orders to tables and attend to customer needs
- Process payments and handle cash accurately
- Answer guest questions about the menu and resolve issues professionally
Food Preparation and Kitchen Duties
- Prepare ingredients by washing and chopping produce and assembling dishes according to guidelines
- Assemble and cook menu items as needed
- Adhere to all food hygiene and safety standards, including cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas
- Keep stations and the kitchen stocked with necessary ingredients and supplies
General Operations and Teamwork
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, workstations, and kitchen areas
- Assist with side work including rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, and stocking service stations
- Remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Ensure all products and guest experiences are consistent with brand standards
Requirements
- 0–2 years relevant experience
- Must reside in the Lugbe area
Compensation
N76,000 monthly
