Department: Operations / Technical Reports To: Store Manager Job Summary: The Supervisor will coordinate staff during assigned shifts, manage floor activities, ensure smooth customer service, and provide basic IT/POS support where needed. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise floor staff and monitor performance.

• Resolve customer issues and support daily operations.

• Handle POS setup, troubleshooting, and backups.

• Maintain order and cleanliness across departments.

• Prepare shift reports and update management.

Requirements:

• ND/B.Sc in Computer Science, Business, or related field.

• 3–5 years’ supervisory or retail experience.

• Good leadership and multitasking ability.

• Familiarity with POS systems preferred.
