Department: Operations / Technical Reports To: Store Manager Job Summary: The Supervisor will coordinate staff during assigned shifts, manage floor activities, ensure smooth customer service, and provide basic IT/POS support where needed. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise floor staff and monitor performance. - Resolve customer issues and support daily operations. - Handle POS setup, troubleshooting, and backups. - Maintain order and cleanliness across departments. - Prepare shift reports and update management. Requirements: - ND/B.Sc in Computer Science, Business, or related field. - 3–5 years’ supervisory or retail experience. - Good leadership and multitasking ability. - Familiarity with POS systems preferred.
