A top employer is now accepting applications for this role. Job brief: Our client, a fast-growing jewellery store in Ikoyi, Lagos, is seeking a Store Manager to oversee store operations, uphold brand standards, and drive daily sales through an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store activities and operations.

• Ensure every customer enjoys a positive brand experience.

• Continuously obtain feedback from customers and forward it to management.

• Assist in sales planning and store promotions.

• Maintain and file customer records and feedback/comments.

• Discuss services and products offered by the company with customers.

Key Requirements

• Possess basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge

• Possess basic IT/ Computer skills

• Listening and communication skills

• Ability to handle customer pressure 

• Must be friendly, warm, and charismatic

• Preferably female for gender balance.
