Job brief: Our client, a fast-growing jewellery store in Ikoyi, Lagos, is seeking a Store Manager to oversee store operations, uphold brand standards, and drive daily sales through an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily store activities and operations. - Ensure every customer enjoys a positive brand experience. - Continuously obtain feedback from customers and forward it to management. - Assist in sales planning and store promotions. - Maintain and file customer records and feedback/comments. - Discuss services and products offered by the company with customers. Key Requirements - Possess basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge - Possess basic IT/ Computer skills - Listening and communication skills - Ability to handle customer pressure  - Must be friendly, warm, and charismatic - Preferably female for gender balance.
