About the Role
A dynamic operations team is expanding and seeking a talented Stock Officer to establish and manage the supermarket's stock control system. You will ensure accurate recording, monitoring, and reconciliation of all inventory.
Department & Reporting
Department: Operations
Reports To: Store Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and record incoming stock deliveries
- Track stock levels and prepare reorder reports
- Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile records
- Coordinate with suppliers and supervisors for stock replenishment
- Maintain stock databases and assist with audits
Required Qualifications
- ND/B.Sc in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2–4 years' experience in inventory or warehouse management
- Strong record-keeping and analytical skills
- Proactive and organized approach to work
