## Title: Stock Officer (Supermarket)

About the Role

A dynamic operations team is expanding and seeking a talented Stock Officer to establish and manage the supermarket's stock control system. You will ensure accurate recording, monitoring, and reconciliation of all inventory.

Department & Reporting

Department: Operations
Reports To: Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and record incoming stock deliveries
  • Track stock levels and prepare reorder reports
  • Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile records
  • Coordinate with suppliers and supervisors for stock replenishment
  • Maintain stock databases and assist with audits

Required Qualifications

  • ND/B.Sc in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 2–4 years' experience in inventory or warehouse management
  • Strong record-keeping and analytical skills
  • Proactive and organized approach to work
