## Title: State Sales Coordinator

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a State Sales Coordinator to lead sales operations and drive revenue growth within the state.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise sales activities within the state
  • Manage and motivate sales representatives to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years' proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics or FMCG
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure
  • Strong connections with NGOs and Government Parastatals within Abuja

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
