## Title: State Sales Coordinator
About the Role
An established company is recruiting for a State Sales Coordinator to lead sales operations and drive revenue growth within the state.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise sales activities within the state
- Manage and motivate sales representatives to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years' proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics or FMCG
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure
- Strong connections with NGOs and Government Parastatals within Abuja
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
