Social Media Specialist at BT Technologies Limited (BTT)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Specialist to build engaged online communities, create compelling content, and drive meaningful interactions for our clients across all major platforms. As our Social Media Specialist, you'll be the voice and personality behind our clients' social media presence, developing strategies, creating engaging posts, managing community interactions, and analyzing performance to continuously optimize results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms
• Write compelling copy that drives engagement, clicks, and conversions
• Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting, monitoring, and community engagement
• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions while maintaining brand voice
• Build and nurture online communities through authentic engagement and conversation
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and viral content opportunities
• Plan and execute social media campaigns and ads including contests, giveaways, and influencer collaborations
• Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing content
• Run social media advertising campaigns and optimize performance
• Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics and campaign performance
• Conduct competitor analysis and social listening to identify opportunities

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms
• Experience running social media ads
• Proficiency with digital performance metrics (CTR, engagement rate, conversions, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand and maintain brand voice across platforms
