Social Media Representative

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Job Type: Hybrid (2 days remote, 3 days on-site) We are currently seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Representative to manage our online presence, grow audience engagement, and strengthen Fitlife Café’s digital identity. Eligibility Note: Interested candidates must reside within or not too far from Victoria Island to support regular on-site content creation and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a consistent daily posting schedule across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

• Visit the café three (3) days weekly for on-site content capture and collaboration.

• Create short-form video content (Reels/TikTok) aligned with Fitlife Café’s visual and brand style.

• Manage social media interactions, respond to messages/comments, and actively grow audience engagement.

• Monitor performance metrics, analyze insights, and adjust content strategies for optimal reach and engagement.

• Plan, run, and optimize paid social media ads to boost brand presence, menu launches, offers, and campaigns.

• Collaborate with influencers and brand partners to expand visibility and reach.

• Promote events, menu launches, campaigns, and special offers.

Required Qualifications: & Skills

• 1–2 years of experience managing social media accounts for a food, wellness, or lifestyle brand.

• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar platforms.

• Experience running or supporting paid social media ads (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) is an advantage.

• Strong visual sense, writing ability, and storytelling skills.

• Creative, organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

• Strong understanding of current social media trends and platform best practices.

• Knowledge of AI tools for content creation, scheduling, analytics, or automation is a strong bonus.
