About the Role

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Officer to manage and grow our online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation, audience engagement, and basic social media analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily content posting on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Create engaging content including graphics, short videos, and captions aligned with the company's brand
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns
• Monitor social media trends and suggest creative ideas
• Work closely with other team members to support brand visibility

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience (NYSC Corps Members are encouraged to apply)
• Basic knowledge of social media tools and platforms
• Ability to create simple graphics or videos using tools such as Canva or CapCut
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
