  • Develop, plan and manage content across all social media platforms
  • Create engaging posts, captions, and campaigns to increase brand visibility
  • Monitor messages, comments, and online inquiries
  • Track analytics and prepare weekly performance reports
  • Grow followers, engagement, and leads
  • Promote products, campaigns, and company activities
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing business or brand social media accounts
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and trends
  • Basic graphic design/video editing skills is an advantage
  • Good communication, creativity, and time management skills.
