About the Role

DreamLife Studios is seeking a smart, creative, and committed Social Media Marketing Executive to join our growing team. You'll work across our three dynamic brands: Dreamlife Studios (Marketing Agency), The KWS Academy (Media & Comms School), and KWS Nigeria (Media Platform).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms
• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar
• Build and engage online communities through compelling storytelling
• Contribute to brand strategy and visual storytelling across all platforms
• Track social performance metrics and deliver actionable insights and growth strategies
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing
• Proficiency in tools such as Capcut, Canva, Hootsuite, and/or Premiere Pro
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills
• Confident communicator with a self-driven mindset

Bonus Skills

Job Details

• Position type: Full-time, onsite
• Location: Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
• Working hours: 9AM – 5PM
• Residency requirement: Must reside in Lagos (preferably Ikeja or nearby)
• Probation period: 3 months

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary: ₦80,000 – ₦150,000 (experience-based)
