Social Media Manager/Content Creator

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to manage and grow a personal brand across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, posting, audience engagement, and brand consistency while driving visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with personal brand goals
• Create engaging content including graphics, captions, short videos, reels, stories, and carousels
• Manage daily posting across platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and others)
• Write compelling captions and hashtags tailored to each platform
• Plan and maintain a content calendar
• Engage with followers through comments, direct messages, and community management
• Monitor trends and recommend content ideas accordingly
• Track performance analytics and provide regular reports
• Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all platforms
• Collaborate on campaign ideas, partnerships, and promotions

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills
• Video creation and editing skills
• Photography and graphic design skills
• Proficiency with tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Adobe tools
• Understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
• Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools
• Experience managing personal brands or influencers
• Content planning and consistency management
• Branding and positioning skills
• Experience with AI and automation tools
• Paid ads or growth strategy experience
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and organizational skills
