## Title: Social Media Manager & Digital Marketer

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries and feedback across all social media platforms and information channels
- Create high-quality, engaging, and interactive content for social media and online community platforms daily
- Utilize community insights and social media analytics to understand behaviors, preferences, and trends, optimizing strategies for maximum engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all community members, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and feedback
- Develop and implement strategies to engage and retain members, including organizing meetups, webinars, and community events
- Monitor and analyze member engagement metrics to identify improvement areas and develop targeted initiatives to increase engagement
- Collaborate with leadership and staff to develop and execute marketing and communications strategies
- Work with the operations team to identify and address member needs, including troubleshooting technical issues and responding to customer service inquiries
- Analyze and prepare reports on social media insights, feedback, and performance data
- Organize and plan outreach events and community gatherings
- Optimize website content to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to enhance SEO efforts
- Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Social Sciences or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or community management
- Completion of NYSC (National Youth Service Corps)
- Must reside within Gbagada and its environs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads and Facebook
