About the Role

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to manage our social media pages, create engaging content, and grow our online presence. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is passionate about building brand awareness through social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule posts across all social media platforms
• Develop engaging content including photos, videos, captions, and reels
• Respond to comments and messages professionally and in a timely manner
• Monitor page activity and actively engage with followers
• Track basic analytics (reach, engagement, followers) and share weekly reports
• Stay updated on trends relevant to the brand
• Support marketing campaigns and online promotions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1–2 years of experience managing social media pages
• Proficiency in graphic design and video creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter
• Creative, organized, and able to work independently
