Work Model

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize content across major social media platforms
• Create engaging captions, visuals, and original content ideas
• Plan and schedule consistent content across all channels
• Enhance company visibility and drive growth through social media strategy
• Produce basic graphic design and video editing work

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Social Media Manager
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Proficiency with major platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and YouTube
• Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite
• Demonstrated creativity in content development
• Ability to consistently plan and execute content calendars
• Portfolio showcasing previous social media pages, campaigns, or sample content
