Social Media Manager at Rovedana

About the Role

Rovedana seeks a skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to work with our partner, a beauty and wellness company based in Lagos, Nigeria. This is a hybrid position combining remote work with occasional onsite days. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence, increasing company visibility, and driving growth across multiple platforms.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 300,000 Net Monthly

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize content across all major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Create engaging captions, visuals, and original content ideas
• Plan and schedule content consistently to maintain platform presence
• Develop and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and growth
• Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Social Media Manager
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Proficiency with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canoe, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools)
• Ability to plan and schedule content consistently
• Portfolio demonstrating previous social media pages, campaigns, or sample content

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in marketing, communications, or media
