Social Media Manager at Rishcon Digital Agency

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and hard-working Social Media Manager to join our team at Rishcon Digital Agency. In this role, you will play a critical role in creating and managing digital content across various social media platforms for multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage up to 5 social media accounts
• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with specific business goals
• Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily
• Create strategic hashtags, captions, content calendars, and posting schedules
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, including promotions and competitions
• Track, measure, and analyze social media insights and analytics
• Communicate with followers and customers, responding to queries in a timely manner
• Monitor customer reviews and feedback across platforms
• Provide data analysis and metric reporting for client pages

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2–6 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
• Proficiency in various social media platforms
• Strong data analysis abilities with experience in metric reporting
• Fluency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent spoken and written English

Salary

N60,000 – N70,000 per month
